About this apartment rental
This spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in the third floor measures 1,484 sq. ft. & has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Marble flooring through out & travertine tiled bathrooms. You'll enjoy the large sliding doors that open up the living and dinning room to allow the morning sun to shine in. You have a comfortable living/tv room just off of the master & kitchen area. The kitchen is an open design fully equipped & stocked for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom shares the full bath as a powder room.
The building is located 75 meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo and across the street from Puerto Paraiso mall. It is a block from the marina and walking distance to everything in town. One Medano Beach is neighbors with Hacienda Beach Resort and a block from our favorite hang outs: Esquina Bar, The Office, Edith's, Billygans, Baja Cantina & Mango Deck.
You have a personal LIFESTYLE Concierge who will greet you upon arrival and is on call during your visit. There is 24hr security & private entry codes & one space in the underground parking if you really want a rental car. You’ll enjoy a common area pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and shower to rinse off after coming in from the beach.
We offer many a la carte services also if you need, such as babysitting, private catering or drop offs are available. In addition, you’ll have access to discounted golf, fishing and many other activities when you book them directly through us.

I stayed at this property for a month and I had friends come visit me throughout the month and had time here alone also and it was fantastic! This was a great property to stay at! Centrally located and you could walk to everything! The property managers were always available! I loved spending time on the large balcony with a view of the ocean! It was a very relaxing stay and so many restaurants and places to walk to! I would definitely plan to stay here again next year or sooner! Loved everything about it! Can’t wait to come back!

The condo at One Medsno Beach was lovely, clean and convenient to everything. Walking distance to the beach, Marina, mall and restaurants. The only negative thing is that the pool is small and no sun after 2:00 in the pool area.

Tammi and I have stayed in OMB 11C many times. The first thing we say when we cross the threshold is, "Good to be back home!" The Lifestyle Villas staff is the most professional in the industry. I would like to say they get right on things that need to be fixed, but nothing is ever non operational! The place is always perfect! OMB is by far the best location in Cabo. This is why we always ask for it. Go out the door and a few feet to the right and you are on the beach. Go out the door and a few feet to the left and you are on the harbor and at the night life. Sitting on the balcony at dusk is amazing as well! Can't think of a better place to spend a vacation!
