BNB Potsdamer Platz - Rooms & Apartments

Great location A park right across the street, 5 minute walk to the Museum of Technology (Awesome), good selection of restaurants close by. Really good to save money by being able to cook. It had everything I needed.

The only drawback would be the street noise on the front side of the building, I could work with it but some might be sensitive to it.

Check-in time was on schedule, and the place was centrally located in Berlin, offering short distances (15 mins) to tourist and commercial sites such as the Reichstag building, Brandenburg Gate, Postdamer Platz, and Alexander Platz. Access to the city was through the subway (U Bahn), which was within walking distance (10 minutes) from the facility.

The Apartment was self-catering it was big and Spacious clean and comfortable We had a great Stay 👍

The pillow were 2 soft and not enough We had very little utensils and the lead for the TV was to short to plug in if they could sort these items out it would be a fine place and I would luv 2 go back again because it was a fine place otherwise 😁

We really like the location, because we do not mind walking, and it was very quite close to the sites, we wanted to see. Also, if you're traveling with kids, there is a nice park right across the street come over you can spend some time with them. The parking is available for free on the street so if you come in a good time, you can just park there without paying. Otherwise they offer parking for €20 per day and the underground parking at the building. We liked the rooms because they were spacious, only minus was that one room did not have windows. Which was ok for our kids, because they could just close themselves and sleep in. They did not mind at all. I cannot truly imagine if I was sharing the apartment with strangers, if I would like that. But it's served our purpose perfectly. We did not plan on cooking, so the kitchen did not bother us. There is all you need, a toaster, pans, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a small stove top. Fridge is in a hallway and washing machine in the bathroom but all the labels are all in russian alphabet. Good luck. 😂

The communication with the property is a killer. Until we arrived we did not know if anybody would be at the spot because nobody was responding to my text messages or emails. I even had a call with booking customer service who called me Back from Singapore so I want to see the bill. :( I actually hanged up on them. The property manager Actually did write backbut at 6 PM and we arrived at 2 PM. The actual stuff on the spot was a very nice Ukrainian girl, who was very helpful and spoke English. She is there 2-6pm to hand over keys and forms. So I must admit, that, after reading all the horrifying reviews, I was terrified, what's going to be waiting for us, but at the end, we had a lovely stay and would come back. As I mentioned, I would not share this place with a stranger, I think it's good when you run the whole place with friends and share the rooms . PS: I took the pictures when we were leaving, so it look nicer than we arrived.
