A lovely destination with a private beach, close to restaurants and shops. Friendly hosts. Would recommend!

Fabulous hosts, a family atmosphere, private beach with sunbeds. The rooms have a simple design, but there is everything that you may need (except a hairdryer). We stayed there two years in a row and noticed other guests also return there regularly, so you can make friends.

The WiFi works well in the rooms in the middle, but the ones with a seaside view have unstable connection. There was mold under the sink.

Amazing Beachfront Stay with Superb Hospitality

The location is excellent, directly on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea – simply stunning. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a few minutes away, which made everything very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless throughout our stay. The owner and the team were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. A great bonus was the free sunbeds on the beach, perfect for relaxing right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable beach holiday!

The most beautiful house in the village

Great location and the most beautifull house in Agia Marina with very friendly owner and staff, with direct exit to beautiful sand beach (which is shown on the photographs, it looks more beautiful when you see it in person) where you have free umbrella and sunbeds or natural shade if you prefer. Enough power sockets for everyone, and one important thing- main power of the room is controled by switch, not by electrical fuse attached to your room key, so you can leave your lap tops or other devices to charge while you are away. Very clean- every day cleaning with changing of towels and sheets. Next- around the facility you can find 24/7 stand with friendly locals, which has everything you could need in the midle of the night, even condensed milk in a small can for coffee😁, store with groceries and stuff you need during your stay right across the street, ATM, a few restaurants and fast food objects also, bus station to both directions also very near. All in all- five stars from me and me family, we had beautiful 15 nights stay, and we are coming also next year.

Shower curtain in the bathroom- the water always finds her way to spread around, but that was the situation in our room, I don't know how are the others. But that is so irrelevant when you have everything else so great😊

The beach was 10 steps from the door. It was clean and there were free umbrellas and sunbeds. There are restaurents and shop close to the hotel, but the place was quite . The Owners of the hotel and the workers were kindly and helpfully. I could recommended this hotel to everybody who would like the spend their vacation in a nice place.

Location was great. Beach very close and the beach beds was free for hotel guests. Stores nearby. Room was clean and cosy. Easy check-in and out.

There was kitchen but the dish washing equipment was not included in the room.

Great place to relax.

The whole place is relaxing not 5 star but clean comfortable and directly on the beach. The host is great and everybody is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. This is our third visit and maybe there will be another one.

The people from the all inclusive Hotel next door taking our sunbeds.

We loved Kato Stalos Beach. Amazing location with a balcony overlooking the sea on the nicest part of the beach. Everything is super clean and well cared for. A big thank you to the lady who cleaned the rooms and was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very traditional and relaxed, we want to come back.

Fantastic and cozy beach hotel. Sofoklis is very open, friendly and helpful. He helped us in difficult moments. Both the environment of the hotel and the view from the balcony are wonderful. We will definitely come back here.

We didn't realise this hotel was directly ON the beach. So cool!!! It's a great location and we had a relaxing time! Free beach chairs, and plenty of nice restaurants around. This is a great budget find!

no es un apartamento

camas comodas

Llaman apartamento a una hornilla pequeña al ñado de las camas donde duermes y del baño. todo en la misma habitacion. Esa cocina solo sirve para calentar algo rapido no para cocinar. El A/C era un boton, un interruptor. no tenia paea regular la temperatura. era imposible dormir a 18 grados (temperatuea que no se podia modificar) y quitarlo era imposible por la calor. llamar apartamento a una habitacion con 3 camas. Una hornilla y una mesa con silla todo junto con el baño es muy sobrevalorado.
