Villa Stafidaki

The house is lovely and comfortable, it has everything you need. The pool and the outdoor area are so perfect for relaxing.

This villa is PERFECT! Maria and George are professional, kind, punctual, perfect hosts The property is extremely clean; arrival was overwhelming how beautiful it is! The location has stunning views and is private access, we felt like stars staying here in the mountains! The light up pool is excellent - the size is great - 6 of us socialised and swam happily. The kitchen is well equipped- we cooked all our meals there with ease. When we locked ourselves out at 2am, Maria didn’t hesitate to help us, by leaving her home to open the door (took 5mins for her to arrive) and she was so friendly and kind about it. The atmospheric sound of the cicadas is natural to the environment and we didn’t hear loud cars or busy traffic, please don’t let those comments worry you like they did us. The 2 bedrooms are wonderful with unique styles - the downstairs bedroom has its own fridge, perfect for storing drinks. Mattresses are very good quality, we slept so well! Transport-wise, taxi (or car) is how we reached the location. We did walk down the mountain to the superstore and taxi’ed back up. The walk down the mountain faces the sea and is truly delightful.

Yes there is road noise but you don’t really notice it. The cicadas were noisier!

★★★★★ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Stafidaki. Maria and her son George are some of the kindest and most genuine hosts we’ve ever met. You can truly feel how much love and passion they have put into creating and maintaining this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with incredible warmth and made us feel at home. The villa was cleaned every three days, which kept everything spotless and fresh throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a 3 minute drive or around a 15 minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants all close by. The outdoor area is simply beautiful. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding trees and lush greenery make it feel like a little paradise where you can truly relax. Inside, the villa is spacious and very well equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, and a washing machine, which was especially convenient during our stay. We also really appreciated that the villa is dog friendly. Being able to bring our dachshund made our holiday even more special, and it is clear that pets are genuinely welcome here. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. Thank you, Maria and George, for your hospitality. We hope to come back again one day!
