Everything was stunning: location, facilities, villas, food

Nothing that I didn’t like. Just one note, house keeping service can be improved, for the standard of this hotel. For example, on my second day they forgot to replace the slippers and minibar in the fridge. Also, villas guests should receive a better treatment for the access to Sundays beach club. Only sun chairs on the beach are given for free if available, but to get sun chairs on the top wooden deck, the amount to pay for villas guests is comparable to the amount to access other beach clubs with better facilities (like pools) and with more space between the chairs . This doesn’t want to be a criticism, but an input for improvement.

Incredible views, location and amenities, rooms were amazing.

There was a few occasions our requests were either very slow, or didn’t come at all, for somewhere 5* and this level of price you would expect not to miss those things.

Beautiful location, nothing close by. Taxis are harder to come by. Room and butler great.

If you’re an Australian like me, the drink and food prices were just like home and average taste & service. I found it overpriced. Given I paid $3500 for 4 nights. Only one restaurant unless you want to walk down to Sundays which is a trek and the stairs are very uneven if you have had a few drinks. If you are older generation, you probably couldn’t do Sundays.
