Kitchen Trash Bag-Under the Counter close to the wall you will see a door open it, its a slide out trash can.
Trash-Walk out of the building to your right, after the apartments there is a gate, then the parking gate and then you will see a small gate with the trash cans use one of the small keys to open it.
Fouton beds-
1-Pull the bed from the wall.
2-Pull the back rest up to unclock the pins.
3-Lay the backrest flat in the floor.

Excellent vacation place to stay. Convenient and very close to the beach. Accommodations were great and owner responded promptly after reaching out to him. He was a great host. I would recommend to anyone.

Loved the location so can recommend this place overall but the check-in instructions were incomplete, little or no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, front gate is extremely difficult to open and close. I did appreciate that beach chairs and towels were provided though.
