The first impression when we arrived was that there is a big difference between the luxury pictures shown on the internet and the reality. Even though the price/quality is okay, from the impression we expectetd from the photos we were slightly disappointed with the lodge. The super friendliness and hospitality of the staff and especially Alex, Helena and Secilia made our stay very good. The Game drive with Levi was excellent.

Strong recommendation for the owner: - fix the sun loungers; they are old en certainly not the luxury wooden sunbeds as shown in the pictures - fix the umbrellas; NONE were functionuing, all damaged and broken and by the way, the ones shown on the pictures are not the ones who are at the pool side in reality as well - the bath towels at the pool were old and warn out - paint the main building - the tabeles and seats in the oictures are luxury wooden style, the reality: cheap platic furniture

Close to Etosha, comfortable

Water pressure in the shower was not good

Good food, great staff, easy access to Etosha National Park (eastern side). Helped us arrange multiple morning safaris into the park at a reasonable price.

No complaints. Truly met our expectations.

Nicely laid out and 20 minutes from Etosha NP.

Needed TLC and better customer management from the very top down.
