The hotel is close to the both Bad Kleinkirchheim (BKK) and St.Oswald ski lift systems. That makes its location among the best locations for skiers in BKK. Second largest BKK SPA-St.Kathrein Therme is just 50-100m away from the hotel. Parking is free and safe. My experience during stay in first half of the March is that there are enough parking places for all interested guests. I stayed in the single room, which is spacey, tasty furnitured, newly renovated, bright and clean with everyday cleaning service. I think that all rooms have a balcony, which is very useful for smokers. WiFi was perfect. Hotel personnel, especially Brigitte are very responsive and eager to help and give the guests any information, they might need. It's very important to mention that regular ski-pass, SPA card, ski-bus card can be obtained on the reception desk, which saves much time on the first skiing day.

It was perfect! The location was so central and the breakfast was amazing!
The owner Brigitte and her mum I believe it to be were so lovely and hospitable. They greeted us every morning and even offered to start breakfast earlier because my boyfriend had to be at work at the ski resort. The breakfast was amazing and rooms were so clean!
