Loved the pool access rooms and enjoyed the pool. Room very nice though the shower wasn't very good. Had some laundry done on site which was very useful. Staff very helpful!

Not a particularly nice location, with not much around it. Massive building work going on on the lane down to the property. No restaurant on site which was a bit inconvenient. A useful 7 11 on the main road if you can get across it! I needed gluten free food and we struggled to find this in the restaurants around that area. We also found the local beach bars rather unhelpful in this respect!

If you're looking for a true beachfront escape, this place is exactly that. My room was literally only a few steps from the water. All day I could hear the waves gently rolling in, and at night, when the sea became rougher, the sound of the crashing waves was even more magical. Waking up each morning to turquoise blue water, sunshine and coconut trees lining the beach honestly felt like waking up in paradise. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. As a solo traveller, I always felt supported and looked after, which made my stay even more relaxing. One thing I especially loved was the privacy. My beachfront bungalow felt more secluded than many of the others I saw along the beach, making it the perfect place to simply sit outside, listen to the ocean and unwind. The location couldn't have been better. Within a five or six minute walk you can reach the main road, where there's a 7-Eleven, a fruit market with fresh local produce, a pharmacy, laundry services and plenty of restaurants. There are also many beachside massage places nearby, and one evening I even watched a spectacular fire show from the beach. It was also an ideal base for exploring the island. Fisherman's Village and the Elephant Sanctuary were only about 20 minutes away, while the southern part of the island and many of the island cruise departure points, including tours to Ang Thong National Marine Park, were within easy reach. What really made this holiday special was where I stayed. The location made everything effortless while still being peaceful, quiet and incredibly beautiful. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my first visit to Koh Samui so memorable.

We liked that it was in front of the beach

When we booked, we were aware of our stay in the annex building. What we didn’t know was the construction site next door, very noisy since early morning. The second problem was that after four days, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which is the first time in all the travels we have had to ask for cleaning.
