Nice and quiet

Restaurant and the service in the restaurant. Very romantic .. 🥰 The room is a nice size, the bathroom had a beautiful stone sink, quality of the structure, well renovated. Panoramic view from the pool.

The mattress was very soft , it was difficult to sleep. The air conditioner a bit noisy. The pool and spa tub were sooo chlorinated , we felt pain in our noses.

Second stay and still totally worth it.

I capricci di Merion is a hidden gem near Lake Trasimeno. The private spa is their best feature, since both me and my partner were in need of some relaxation time. The restaurant is also extremely well curated, from the decor to the menu to the wine list. Absolutely precious :)

There is nothing I do not like about this place. The room we had was wonderful and very spacious, with a little balcony overlooking the garden.

Amazing stay in a quite place

The place is amazing, we arrived late in the evening and Julia gave us a very warm welcome. We also got a room upgrade. The largest suite in the hotel. The room had a kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms with large beds made in Italian style. I was very upset that we booked this hotel only for 1 night. The hotel is situated in a quiet and very picturesque place. Highly recommended!

Great couples retreat

Stunning location, building and gardens. Having the spa to ourselves for an hour was a luxury. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms spacious. The dinners and the pastries at breakfast were incredible

The air con couldn't be adjusted, im always too hot when I sleep so I would have preferred a cold room. Thankfully the mosquito net on one window meant I could keep it open. It would be nice to have these on all windows. The shower was temperamental, it would turn freezing cold before re adjusting the temp.

An outstanding hotel and restaurant

The hotel creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, with super professional and friendly staff. A special shout-out to the restaurant: the chef put together an excellent seasonal menu, and we were also very happy with the food and wine recommendations from the waiters.

Memorable stay

The resort is situated close to little square with few restaurants and bar. Place itself has very unique and beautiful scenery. Loved the stay there!

Just little things such as lack of shampoo or conditioner.. once we stayed there one night it would be really handy to have it provided.

A relaxing weekend

The surroundings are gorgeous, few minutes drive to a lot of interesting locations, great breakfast, having the Pool and Spa included (booked a suite) it's a bargain for the price we paid. The pool has a gorgeous view and a few nice features, the Spa is private for 1hr a day, small and cozy, has everything you need to make this structure stand out.

In the room we got (Picasso) the bed was a bit dated, could be improved both in its frame and mattress.

Extremely welcoming staff and beautiful location. We arrived late in the evening and they prepared for us some cured meats and cheeses and extended the check-out to allow more time to enjoy the SPA. Very well-curated room and location. We recommend and definitely will be back.

Sitting by the pool was great, but an hour in the spa facility was incredible relaxing! Also enjoyed dinner & breakfast at the restaurant. Spacious room and lovely hosts. We really enjoyed our stay

Relax in a calm, quitet place with a very nice pools and SPA

SPA for 1h private use every day is a perfect offer! Pools (in and out) are very nice, internal is heated, external not but really nice. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and… stars on the ceiling when you turn off the light! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast offer needs to be improved, and include the scrambled eggs, better cheese choice, more mozarella, fresh and better quality bread, HOME MADE cakes, and breakfast shortages should be refilled. What was very good was coffee. Dinner offer - lack of some good pasta! The offer is like overcomplicated, whilst simple but well done meals would be the best. Wines - expensive and of poor quality. Every single wine in the offer should be really good. While using the pool, there are no drinks offerred.

A very nice and relaxing stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of value for money.

The indoor pool and spe were nice. The kids enjoyed watching the tortoises in the garden. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent. The walk from the hotel to town was enjoyable.

The lack of step-free access from the car-park made it a bit challenging with luggage and baby strollers. Communication/English could be improved to ensure no misunderstandings with booking timings, etc. The restaurant was opened only in the evenings.

restaurant staff were great.

we specifically booked this hotel for the spa facilities but when we arrived you had to book a time ! ridiculous our room umm what can I say ! ceiling beams in bedroom very low ! my husband had to crawl to go to his side of the bed . the staff at reception were just ok, not as friendly as the restaurant staff. there was no discount for any inconveniences and in the end at check out , the lady gave me a 10% discount for our next stay there. we will definitely not be returning . disappointing all round

The food was incredible. The spa was so lovely, we really liked that it was private and you had an allocated time to visit. The room was huge, beyond our expectations

We couldn't fault it, we will be back to see it in the warmer weather and enjoy the pool.
