Very friendly and helpful staff, great location with close access to the underground.
As the hotel area is on a hill, it is not possible to park a motorbike on regular parking places. Nevertheless, the supportive staff found a solution, but if more biker would join at the same time it would be critical.

I liked that it was in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. Beds were comfortable.
Regarding breakfast, it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit instead of heaps of processed meat,like salami etc and bread. Regarding the milk options,there was normal milk and plant- based milk. This was confusing, the plant based option. Was it almond or soya milk. Usually I take almond milk on my Müsli but chose not to take the plant based option for fear of tasting a:soya milk,which I don't like. So, instead of writing plant based,I would suggest writing exactly what type of milk it is.

I really liked the location, in between two metro stations and next to Schloss Schönbrunn.
There was no fridge in the room…
