Exceptional value for its price, place is clean, had one of the best sleep in a while.
I’m allergic to dust mites and had no problem sleeping that night.
The breakfast is also great. The coffee machine is open till late at night, free of charge, even provide free cup noodles in the evening.

This is a great option in a city where accommodation can get expensive. A cheerful check-in, nice breakfast, and an easy walk to the MRT and not too far to some of the historical sites. There's a laundry room, but if it's closed we found a nice clean laundromat less than a 5 minute walk away.
A practical improvement would be to upgrade the security safes to fit laptops and tablets, etc.
