at the reception everybody was nice and friendly. the hotel was close to Termini, pubs, restaurants. the hotel was clear and cute.
there was a pub or bar next to the hotel and from the 4 night was 3 horrible. loud music, screaming .. it was impossible to sleep at night. the hotel was nice but the nights destroy the vacation. Ohh and
the bathroom was so small.

The location is convenient—about a 5-10 minute walk from Termini station (Rome's central transportation hub). The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. There are numerous places to eat and purchase necessities nearby.
The building is old and the accommodations are cramped, which was expected. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator can only accommodate about 1-2 people, so plan to take the spiral stairs or wait your turn. When we checked in, we were informed of a 3.5€ per person per night tax, which had to be paid *in cash* (which we did not have)! The office has limited hours, making late check-ins and early check-outs challenging.
