The accommodation is in a fantastic location near Termini train station, very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2-day trip. Lulu is simply a wonderful person. She is incredibly kind and positive, someone who immediately makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Her hospitality and thoughtfulness truly stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We would especially like to highlight how much we appreciated her flexibility and attitude, which meant a lot to us. It’s rare to meet someone so friendly, patient, and naturally caring. We are very happy we had the chance to stay with her!

Can t see anything wrong because the price was very low and we got more than we expected

We were able to check-in late. The location is close to station Termini and a good point to start a city walk.
Sometimes there is no hot water when showering, and the water does not drain properly. Breakfast is included but its not much, we went for breakfast outside. Don't expect too much value for the money.
