The staff were so warming and welcoming we felt right at home, everyone was so happy to see you and speak to you. Special mention to the hostess who always took the time to speak to us every time she saw us and by the end of the holiday our normally shy little girl went running up to her for a hug! The rooms were cleaned daily with plenty of towels/toiletries.
We traveled with our 1 year old daughter who has a milk allergy but the staff were very helpful with ensuring we had plenty to feed her at breakfast and giving us some biscuits to take for her for the day. One day there wasn’t any baked beans (our daughter’s favourite) and within 5 minutes a big bowl was brought out to her and every day after that there was always beans available.
On check in there was also a stuffed turtle for her to play with along with a room in the corner of the complex so it would be a bit quieter for her although it did appear we were the only ones making noise as the pool area was well kept and also peaceful, no unruly children running around etc. We didn’t struggle to get a Sun-bed on any of the days and the barman was always there ready for whatever you want, cocktails, cold beers or even coffees they have them all!
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year without a doubt. We do usually book package holidays but this time went with booking hotel separate and it paid off.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience and exceeded all our expectations. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and varied, while the hotel’s facilities provided the perfect opportunity to relax. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return.

Excellent location near to all restaurants and bars with a short walk to the beach. Hotel is modern, well maintained and excellent staff! Would come again 100%
