Very close to Gare du Nord!
Pleasant staff. Clean. Quiet. Patio doors to outside.
Very small lift. Decor needs significant updating. Floor by en suite felt like a hole.

Location very close to train when I got in late. Helpful, friendly reception guy. Cool tiny lift. Good shower.
Shower gel container was empty so had to wash my hair with soap. The fan was fairly ineffective so it was a bit hot at night, but then we are in a heat wave!

Easy walk from the train station, and room was larger than expected (I was expected super small). The bed was fairly comfortable and a fan was already in our room, ready to go. We were only staying one night (less than 12 hours) so it was fine for what we needed.
It could've been a little cleaner, and the lift is very small to get all our bags out. The room was very hot, but to be expected with the summer Paris has been having.
