We were upgraded which was nice The breakfast is very good and the breakfast team are very friendly
The staff in the evening aren’t very personable The restaurant food is very expensive, service is slow and the food is pretty average

Completely luxurious and extremely spacious. Off the beaten track too. Historic site.
The size of my suite, the warmth, comfort attention to detail - everything. Absolutely everything. Staff were wonderful, the restaurant fabulous, breakfast wonderful - just everything. I want to go back and I only left this morning!

Property is beautiful
The fact we had an interlocking door connected to our room with a noisy child next door room banging on the door and slamming there own room door. Even though we were emailed to say there may be a function at night nothing was said about this part of the room Would of been nice to be told and able to upgrade if nessesary
