The location in the Alhambra and the atmosphere of the place. The decoration of the venue is very charming. And the ladies who attended me were very helpful and friendly I also appreciated there was not TV set.
The shower plate is very tiny and ugly. And the bathroom smells badly sometimes.

The location is wonderful, staying right in the Alhambra is very unique. Very quiet at night. The staff are lovely and helpful.
Whilst being in the Alhambra is wonderful, be prepared for the many tourists you encounter when you leave the hotel, they are everywhere, it is one of the most visited sites in the world. I would suggest that Hotel America is great for a night or two if you are going to be visiting the site only.
