Convenient location and an amazing view from the rooftop! Very good breakfast on the rooftop!
A little old facility, and AC and the light switch broke while we were there.

The room was comfortable for the three of us. The breakfast was good with various offerings every morning, and the location was amazing, so close to many attractions. We were able to come back and rest in the middle of the day and go out again. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.
There isn't anything we didn't like. The bathroom door handle came off the first day, but it got fixed immediately. The A/C didn't work one morning, but it got fixed while we were out. We didn't have extra pillow and towel for the child, but those got delivered, too. Things happen, but everything was taken care of promptly.

The location and rooftop terrace for breakfast was a highlight of our trip. Beautiful buffet breakfast included.
The room was older but suited our needs for a one night stay. We had a triple room. Good for sleeping but not too sit around in the room.
We had restaurant staff hounding us the moment we opened the taxi door. This gave us a negative feeling on arrival as we had only just come from a 13 hour flight and just wanted to get to our room. But once we settled and went outside later the restaurants under the hotel were wonderful to grab a drink and some food.

Amazing views from terrace, probably best in the area: ayasofia on your left, the Bosphorus right ahead and the blue mosque on your right. Could not have asked for a better view. Also 24hr access to the terrace was definitely a big plus for me.
Very conveniently place where it is a walking distance from all the main attractions, and 1-2mins walk to the Sultanahmet tram stop which gives you access to the entire city.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help you and make things easier for you.
Appart from the fact that they were doing upgrades to the emergency stairs, which was noisy at times, there weren't any major negatives. I believe these upgrades should be complete now anyway.
