Perfect location, excellent views from rooftop terrace, air conditioning worked well & cleaning lady really nice and helpful. Reception upgraded my room so thanks to them.

Breakfast choice was very limited. A couple of flying ants made their way into my bathroom from the drain in the shower.

Great location. Very close to all the attractions. Staff very helpful, friendly and reception staff gave good advice. Breakfast is a wide variety and very delicious. Rooms is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Hotel has a balcony overlooking Sulthanamet square.

Lack of hot breakfast options, some days no meat, some days multiple bread type items. Asked for pancakes but wouldn't make them, but would make an omelette (not sure why one and not the other). Cold items same every day, same cheese displayed in 4 different ways. Cauliflowers and broccoli dishes for breakfast? Rooms tired and in need of refurbishment. Hot and stuffy. Had to sleep with the window open, which was next to a noisy generator. The view being a dirty courtyard (if you can call it that). Hard pillows. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom modern with very good shower. Towels thin and hard. Had to request toilet roll on multiple occasions as the lady who cleaned the room either didn't leave one at all or didn't leave a spare when the current one was almost running out.
