The room itself was large and the sea view was decent. The location was quiet, would ideally have liked to be closer to Castelsardo but the nearby beaches were nice enough. We went it was off season and not all restaurants were open / Google Maps wasn't always correct, but the pizzeria next door is actually very decent. Breakfast which is included is also standard in my opinion, coffee was freshly made which was a really nice touch.
The hotel is next to the road so it is very loud, you definitely need to have the AC to sleep. The decor is definitely a bit dated but part of the charm in most Italian hotels. Breakfast can be very loud if you're sat inside. The signs around not taking breakfast items outside felt a bit aggressive.

The cleanliness was impressive. Excellent work by the Cleaning ladies.
We had to pay extra taxes in cash and we were not prepared for it, because it’s not mentioned in the booking.

The room was qiet, comfortable and clean. The receptionist also gavr us some tips where to go. The location is good, easy to find.
We know that the Italian tradition is to eat sweet food for breakfast, but we still missed a bigger choice of salami, cheese and some vegetables.
