The property was immaculately clean, comfortable and stylish. It also had one of the best showers ever! Francesco, the host, was so helpful and attentive throughout, very professional.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Betten super bequem.
Die Lage ist top – der Strand ist gleich in der Nähe und ein sauberer Supermarkt ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der große Balkon war ideal zum Entspannen, und die Kaffeemaschine mit vorhandenen Kapseln war ein nettes Extra.
Francesco hat uns schon vor der Anreise klare Anweisungen zum Check-in geschickt, alles hat problemlos geklappt.
Der Check-in über eine App mit QR-Code war anfangs etwas umständlich, wenn man das System noch nicht kennt.
Die Garageneinfahrt ist ziemlich steil – mit einem kleineren Auto geht’s gut, aber bei tiefergelegten Fahrzeugen könnte es knapp werden.
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war nicht besonders schön, da sie auf Straßenhöhe liegt und man nur einen kleinen Blick aufs Meer hat.

Brand new, minimal style but with all the services and modern technology. Great shower, very nice outdoor terrace where it was a pleasure to have breakfast.
There is no interaction with the staff in site, but all the interactions with the owner were timely and extremely useful.
Great option to have a provate parking nearby

Atendimento do Francesco excelente. Localizacao boa. Apartamento limpo e bem cuidado.
O ar condicionado se desliga toda vez que se abre a porta da varanda. O quarto é muito pequeno para 4 pessoas. Não tem necessidade de ter uma banheira de hidromassagem com vista para as paredes. Sugiro retirar a banheiro e.estender o quarto para ficar maior. E o ar condicionado nao deveria se desligar quando se abre.a varanda.
