Location is the best and room with balcony is great
Pillows!! Those are not real pillow. We need real pillow for sleeping. There was weird noises like tak-tuk above room 34 on roof i think, and need slippers.

Location and ease of check in
Poor quality towels and bedsheets and very thin pillow/cushion. Kettle on off switch broken. Bedside light flickered on and off. Making buzzing sound. Not the bulb but fault with electrics
