Sid and Kevin were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Celebrated my 50th birthday with my dear girlfriends at this gorgeous property. The home was well krpt, super clean. The personal touches were just another added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked! Outside area spacious and beautiful. We were delighted to see so many manatees while visiting. Close proximity to many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed in the least. Thanks again, Sid and Kevin! I look forward to returning again soon.

Great place! Communication was fast. House was clean and just what we wanted for a family Staycation.

This was a "special occasion" holiday booked for 2024, unfortunately our grandson broke his leg 8 weeks prior to us flying. The help and support we got from the property agent in rebooking for the same time in 2025 was excellent and this continued during our stay. Replies to our questions were give an prompt reply and our refundable deposit was returned in a timely manner.The situation of the villa was excellent although the same cannot be said about our fishing skills! The villa is very equipped and there was more than enough space for our party of 4 adults 1 teenager and an 8 year old. It turned out to be a very special holiday and this villa made a big contribution to making it as such. Thank you to all who are involved with looking after this villa.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The house is located on a nice canal with beautiful sunset views. We came to Florida for a family wedding and was reluctant to stay in a hotel being surrounded with other guests. Renting a home, although pricey, seem like a good solution. This house was priced similar to a five star hotel, and to be quite honest, I was expecting something over the top. It's a nice home but not well maintained and certainly not over the top. There are many stains on the outside decking that needs to be cleaned, the grill was very greasy and the dip pan full of grease. Our bedroom closet light was burnt out, and the light post in the front is nearly falling down. The biggest concern I had with the property was the allowance for electricity per day. The allowance would barely run the refrigerator must less a whole house. For our five day stay, our deposit was deducted for additional electricity. When charging five star rates you don't anticipate being nickeled and dimed. I am sure many would enjoy this home but for my wife and I, we will look for alternatives next time we are in the area.
