You can walk or bike through Shamrock Park and out onto the Venetian Waterway. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 6, with two queen bedrooms and a twin/trundle room. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, screened outdoor dining and a grill round out your stay. Dogs welcome under the listing's pet rules.
PRIVATE HEATED POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING
The private 15x30-foot saltwater pool gives you room to swim, play and relax. The pool heater is set to 88°F year-round. Enjoy the screened pool area, outdoor dining, and a grill with propane provided. The oversized, fully fenced backyard has 8-foot privacy fencing.
THREE BEDROOMS, SLEEPS SIX
This approximately 1,150-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two updated bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: queen bed.
Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Bedroom 3: twin bed with a pullout twin trundle; this room also offers space to work or read.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
WALK & BIKE ALONG THE WATERWAY
Walk to nearby Shamrock Park and connect to the Venetian Waterway Park Trail for miles of walking and biking beside the Intracoastal Waterway. The east-side trail runs north to the historic Venice Train Depot, where it connects with The Legacy Trail for longer outings. Dogs are welcome on leash.
BEACH DAYS & EXPLORING VENICE
Several Venice-area beaches are about 4–5 miles away, an easy drive for a beach day before returning to your own pool. Downtown Venice offers local shops and restaurants. For a beach outing with your dog, drive to Brohard Paw Park and its dog beach.
UPDATED SPACES & EVERYDAY COMFORTS
The kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Wi-Fi, DIRECTV and TVs in the two main bedrooms and living room make it easy to settle in between outings.
BEACH & BIKE GEAR
Bicycles and beach gear are provided, including chairs, towels and shark-tooth sifters. On-site laundry adds convenience after beach and pool days.
BRING YOUR DOG
Dogs are welcome under the listing's existing pet rules. Enjoy the fully fenced yard, then walk to nearby Shamrock Park for on-leash dog walks and paved trails. The park is also great for biking, birding, tennis and visits to the playground.

This property is relaxing and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and welcoming! We found the residence clean, and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The house has a lot of natural light, comfortable furniture, good beds/pillows. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night. Our Host, Ryan, is quick to respond and his reply's are friendly The location is convenient. The A/C is great -- and in FL on hot/humid this is something that you really need!
