Very relaxing stay

Enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast. Felt very relaxed in the public rooms. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very good for us to experience the grounds, So will need to return in the future

Plas Dinas is a little gem!

The grounds of the property are beautiful. The house is full of character with lots of great historical features and references. The bedrooms are all perfectly decorated with lots of little luxuries, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The staff are lovely and go out of their to make sure your stay is special. The evening meal was simply divine across all courses. My wife and I had the most wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

the host is a conman beware

when i first booked the hotel i told them we were coming for the wedding of sam and conny , they phoned me at least twice asking if i wanted dinner i told them i did not need dinner because of the wedding , iasked if we could put an extra bed in one of the rooms , because 2 of my boys were staying in there and did not want to share a double bed , so we had quite an in depth conversation about are stay , one member of staff said he was attending a meeting about the wedding , i thought it was very unfair when they contacted me the day before , when far to late to cancel that i should have booked plas dinhas hotel , basicly they took 950 pounds of me , and said they would not give it back

Excellent, Romance, Great staff & service, grounds were amazing.

Food was sensational, fresh, great choices and served on time. Staff couldn't do enough for myself & wife. The owner was a humble, honest and very down to earth.

Unfortunately, booking last min got me a room with a bath tub. Being 6ft 4, doesn't help bathing in a tub. Ideally all rooms need to be with a shower cubicle.

We were a bit disappointed we couldn’t park in front of property but had to park on a rough overflow car park. For a disabled driver this would have been difficult. This overflow car park needs a solid covering I.e tarmac

A beautifully maintained manor house set in beautiful gardens with a rich history.

Lovely setting overlooking the sea just outside Caernarfon. The surrounding gardens were outstanding. Service and food were excellent.

The Butler’s room was in the roof frame with low beams requiring keeping one’s head down.

All meals were excellent The welcome was outstanding & the staff are brilliant . It was great to have time too to chat to the owner . Great to see the hotel doing so well. We will return and recommend to friends

Nice hotel, nice staff, few things could make it excellent.

Room was great (thanks for the upgrade!). Lovely big bed and nice bathroom. Food was good overall. Staff very friendly. Daniel was very knowledgable and gave us some great tips for the local area.

No non-feather pillows was an issue and not much water in the room. Dinner was quite expensive and as a taster menu only not a lot of choice.

A first-class "ah!" experience!

Everything was first-class: decor, ambiance, service, comfort, amenities, and food. Little touches like the cut-crystal glasses in the bedrooms and the before-dinner canapes turned a pleasant stay into an elegant experience that more than satisfied all the senses.

I didn't like that my schedule didn't allow me to stay longer.

A gorgeous country house that I look forward to returning to in the future.

The house is set in beautiful grounds, is impeccably furnished and decorated throughout and our room (Butler) was cosy, quiet and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly yet professional and made sure we had everything we needed.

Exceptional accommodation & Cuisine.

Absolute perfection from the minute we walked in the door until we left. Attention to detail was brilliant making you feel an actual royal in an ex owned royal family home. The food was exceptional deserving Michelin standards.

Lovely Country House, we stayed here for my birthday. We stayed in the Lord Snowdon room lovely clean room amazing views of the garden and we ate in the Gunroom restaurant the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly also the breakfast in the morning was lovely.

Gorgeous property, we stayed in the lady Buckley room which is the only downstairs room. it was quiet and perfectly situated in front of the drawing room. The food at the Gunroom was spectacular. 5 courses.
