Immaculately clean. Helpful staff. The TV had the wrong remote control and the male staff member remedied it straightaway.
For a family room it was very small, also we had a room that we had to use stairs for which was quite hard with a toddler.

When leaving the receptionist was very friendly. It’s a shame he wasn’t there when we arrived! The shower was great and plenty of towels.
On arrival the receptionist was not particularly friendly, which guests do need after a journey! The beds were quite hard. The local shops and restaurants were a bit grim, though I eventually found a friendly Chinese restaurant.
