Although the hotel was great. Check in was not. Check in was supposed to be 4 O'clock that the room should've been ready. I arrived early and understood that I had to wait for the room to be cleaned. I was told I would receive an email letting me know when the room was ready. I did not receive an email. I was waiting in the Lobby to be told whenthe room was ready. At peak time of 4 o'clock, 1 staff member finished her shift leaving only 1 staff member to deal with a large line of people trying to check in. After some big mishaps that will take too long to go into detail here, I finally checked into my room at 5pm. As I had to leave the hotel the following morning at 4.30 am, to go to the airport, I feel I did not get the value of my room. The room itself was lovely and the restaurant attached had wonderful staff and great food. The staff member working overnight was very helpful with helping me find transport to the airport, in the early hours of the morning. Apart from the late check in, I would recommend the hotel for its facilities and room.

Convenient location, very clean room and very welcome and helpful staff. We will definitely have no hesitation to return.

I arrived in the property early, I ask if I can check-in early after a long travel, the room wasn’t available so the front desk told me the room will be ready by 2pm so I came back but the room wasn’t ready so I end up checking-in at 4pm. I wanted to fresh in up and the shower dispenser was empty so I end up using the shampoo I immediately inform the front desk after I showered but no response so I came down the other day and letting them know but they forgot again. So moving forward I just went to Walgreens and buy a body wash. I understand that the hotel is under renovation I wake up with the noise of drilling at 9am. I cannot explain the smell of the hallway of the hotel but smell like rotten food it was horrible. I paid for resort fee of $140 and the front desk didn’t even tell me what’s include on that resort fee. They are not informing the guest where is located the fitness center Swimming pool and etc. front desk are lack of knowledge giving information to a hotel guest. I was trying to make a coffee the next day but no water provide Not quiet sure if the water is included in the room. So I went outside and ask the housekeeper if she can give me water and she did her name is Vanessa and she’s very kind to give some water. Ive stayed in several IHG property in the USA but this property is not up to their IhG standard. I would not recommend this if you want to stayed longer. But for a night is okay. Otherwise my stay is pleasant.
