    The housekeeper and front desk staff were very helpful and polite, except for one young man who seemed to be the manager or owner's son (not sure). I was in a motorcycle accident and had to receive surgery, and he deliberately gave me bad information to find a nurse. Multiple people I asked for help said his directions to find a nurse were vague and misleading. I was on foot and bleeding. One woman actually called the hotel and spoke to him, and (I don't speak French) but I could tell she was incredulous and she clearly told him so.
