The hotel is budget friendly so you cant really expect top facilitys or service. Still the hotel felt clean and our room was spacious and nothing to complain about. Overall it was pretty good service.

We had an incident in the spa facilities with a gentlemen called Pablo. From entering the Spa Pablo was very rude to our whole group and i think it was because he offered us massage treatments. One in the group thats been sexually assaulted by a man before said he didnt want a man but a woman to massage him and Pablos eyes was mad immidiatly. We went down to the pool where two familys with their children was playing in the pool, screaming and jumping in the water wich whas much more loud then our group was. Still Pablo came and screamed at us to shut up when we were just talking in a normal tone. Think it all was a very scary situation and i went back to my room and didnt go back to the spa during our stay just because of Pablo.

The room was very clean. The staff were super helpful and polite.

It was a bit too hot inside the room

The comfort and quality of the room was really high. I cannot fault this part of the stay at all. The Beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and well presented and the aircon quiet.

The check in process was confusing with regards to parking. the street into the hotel is narrow and one way and parking int he main hotel car park was unavailable due to the car being a little too long. After realising we could park just around the corner, it was somewhat sorted, but after a 4 hours drive, this certainly could have been easier. My biggest gripe is the charge to use the hotel pool. It's listed as a Spa Hotel but there was a 20 something euro charge, per person, to use the pool for 1 hour. I can't think i've ever stayed at a hotel with facilities that aren't included within the cost of the hotel and frankly, this is quite disappointing.
