Great location. Stayed in the family suite which was perfect for our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children. Able to park 8 passenger van in the garage.

Our only complaint is that the hotel AC is not turned on until 7/1. We were there mid June, in the middle of a Europe heat wave, and the temps were unbearable. The hotel had no fans to offer us.

Room Space , I would like to especially commend the staff for being very kind, attentive, and always willing to help

Wi-FI in room: There was Wi-Fi available in all rooms, but it only worked properly near the door and not near the window. After we complained, we were given access to an alternative Wi-Fi network, but it also didn’t work properly and kept hanging, as if the signal was very weak. I must say that Wi-FI was free of charge. Shower: There was very low water pressure in the shower, and sometimes hot water was not available in one of the showers Room Heating : Unfortunately, there was no direct control over the room heating level, and any adjustment required contacting the staff.
