Very friendly and nice hotel, staff, breakfast was very good.

No air conditioning in the room, there was a fan on the ceiling though, but was making a lot of noise, especially during the night was not easy too sleep, If you turn off the fan you can’t sleep because of the heat. No fridge in the room what is a must in this temperature!! Tv volume set up to 10max- If you turn fan on you can’t hear the TV

The hotel is a 3 minutes walk to Caldea The bedding is 5 stars; feels like you are sleeping on a cloud ! All the Staff from reception to cleaning and Bar is very professional and courteous. Management is very hands on I had mentioned a little incident about the noise in the hallways in the morning, as cleaning staff would be starting early. And it was resolved the next day, so a big thank You !

Just to write something, I would say I wish there was a gym, instead you have a huge and luxurious lounging space in the lobby.

The staff, the comfort of the bed, the amount of hot water, how fast the water in the sink and shower became hot, the safe in the room, the desk.

The room was much smaller than I had expected. I disliked the huge, hard pillow. It was sometimes a bit tricky to get the right water temperature in the shower. I purchased the meal plan and, while breakfast was good, I thought the dinners (aside from the decent desserts) were quite tasteless. Perhaps the chef needs to go to a cooking school to learn how to use spices. Or perhaps Andorrans like their food not to have much flavor.

Able to hear neighbors, room kinda shabby, location was close to impossible to find. WiFI would not work in hotel room only outside of room?!?!?
