Great spacious room, very nice terrasse, silent aircon. Great breakfast buffet and friendly service. Very green and nicely maintained resort embedded in giant apple plantation. Lots of places and niches to relax in the resort and around the pools. Restaurant location (open air) and menu choices exceptional. Whirlpool (heated pools and opening ours till in the night) and free bike rental was great.

That we had to leave after 5 days... WiFi signal was a bit weak in the back appartment.

Superb

The location was excellent, surrounded with nature and green and very close to Meran also convenient as a base for day trips in the area. The swimming pool and it’s surrounding is very relaxing and clean. The hotel is extremely clean and the room was disinfected and the door was sealed which is of high importance during this pandemic.

The property is as described on the website and it meets the criteria’s of its category in addition to to rooms that are new.

Traumhafte Umgebung mit tollen Wanderungen

Top Lage um zu Wandern und gute Anbindung mit Bus nach Meran, Restaurant Rusterkeller ist richtig lecker und auch das Personal im Restaurant, traumhaftes Wetter zum Wandern

2x beim Frühstück Überfüllung, wir wurden abgewiesen und mussten warten… das war nicht sehr höflich und geht bei diesem Preis gar nicht… auch im Zimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass der Tee aufgefüllt wird und die Taschentücher im Bad… sind nur Kleinigkeiten aber diesem Preis ein Muss…

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Personal, sauberen Zimmer und reichhaltigen Frühstück. Das Essen im dazu gehörigen Restaurant ist Spitze, eine große Auswahl und Top Personal. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Es war einfach toll. Die Lage des Hotels in den Bergen. Das Essen in den Restaurants. Das Personal super nett. Der kleine Pool einfach klasse. Bin gerade vor 4 Stunden nach Hause gekommen und fühle mich pudelwohl. Und erholt.

Es gibt eine Kleinigkeit, die mir nicht gefallen hat. Aber die nun mal so ist. Ich habe am Abend zuvor ein Steak gegessen. Konnte es nicht aufessen und habe den Teil, den ich nicht aufgegessen habe, mit zum Frühstück mitgenommen. Da wir heute heimgefahren sind, habe ich mir zwei Brötchen genommen und das Fleisch auf die Brötchen verteilt. Sozusagen für unterwegs.Das wurde mir dann übel genommen und ich musste die Brötchen bezahlen beim auschecken, da es dort nicht erlaubt, ist Essen mitzunehmen vom Frühstück. Obwohl ich erklärt habe, dass es mein Steack von gestern Abend war. Die 1,50 €. Für das Brötchen habe ich natürlich anstandshalber bezahlt. Aber finde das Ganze schon ein bisschen übertrieben. Aber ansonsten war alles super

Wir haben uns beim Ruster- Resort Hotel Friedheim in Algund sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt.

Dass Booking.com den vollen Betrag schon einen Monat vor der Abreise einbezogen hat. Das ist normal nicht üblich und auch nicht gerechtfertigt!!

Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer war etwas klein aber sehr schön. Die Lage vom Hotel war einmalig und schön.

Ein sehr toller Kurzurlaub in einem schönen Ambiente 😀

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal hat alles nachgefüllt, sofern sie Zeit hatten. Die Lage ist optimal, der Bus ( viertel Stunden Takt) bleibt direkt vor dem Hotel stehen. Bis Meran sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Die Gartenanlage mit den 2 Pools ist wunderschön und sauber, perfekt zum sich nach dem wandern ein kurze Ruhepause zu gönnen. Das Restaurant ist wie alles, sehr ansprechend und das Essen ausgezeichnet.

Das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr schnell unterwegs, auf uns hatte dies etwas hektisch gewirkt, nicht angenehm.

Da das Wetter sehr schön war haben wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das kleine Apartment war leider sehr dunkel. Die Aussensauna hatte kein warmes Wasser und leider keine Toilette.

Von einem Resort noch weit entfernt.

Die Lage und die Nähe zu Meran. Kostenloser Bus mit der Gästekarte direkt vor der Tür. Gutes Wlan in allen Bereichen verfügbar. Parkplätze nahe der Unterkunft.

Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu eng alles gestellt und direkt neben der Rezeption. Am Sonntag gab es Brötchen welche eiskalt in der Mitte waren. Das Personal ist passiv, obwohl wir am Montag Früh die einzigen Gäste waren, wird nicht gefragt was wir wünschen. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal ein Appartement gebucht, ich weis nicht wer für die Sauberkeit des Geschirr und Besteck zuständig ist, auf jeden fall war das Besteck und die Teller schmierig. Die Gläser und das Zimmer waren top sauber. Im Eingangsbereich störten mich drei Bikes, nicht weil sie dort standen, sondern wegen des Geruchs vom Kettenspray welches im ganzen Treppenhaus roch. An der Hoteleingangstür das Schild welches immer hing mit dem Text die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt wenden Sie sich bitte... Man merkt als Gast das überall gespart wird und die Luft irgendwie raus ist.
