Palazzo Marziale

We stayed at Palazzo Marziale for six days so we could get married in the Cloisters, and it will always be a very special place to us. The hotel is absolutely stunning, full of history, charm and character, and provided the most beautiful backdrop for photos. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, genuinely excited about our wedding. We were so touched that they left fizz in our room and kindly provided all our guests with a glass of champagne on the morning of our wedding. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more special. They also helped arrange our transfers, making everything so easy for us. During our stay, Sorrento experienced a town-wide water outage, and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing plenty of bottled water. It really showed how much they care about their guests. The location is fantastic, with everything within easy reach, yet the hotel remains wonderfully quiet at night. Overall, a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and a truly special atmosphere. For us, it will always be more than just a hotel, as it was part of one of the most important and memorable weeks of our lives. Thank you for helping make our wedding experience so special! ❤️

Nothing!

The location was fantastic. Couldn’t be better for us. The decor in the hotel was beautiful. We loved the terrace for drinks in the evenings. Our room was stunning. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast wasn’t great The hot food was always lukewarm and not much of it.

Decedent in every way, staff was highly accommodating and friendly, great location for walk ability, breakfast was out of this world, everything was “royal palace” worthy!

No complaints

We were allocated a room we had previously cancelled.

The room. It was dark, it had no natural light. We were advised this ahead of our booking, hence we cancelled and rebooked clearly stating a balcony and curt view. We did not receive this.
