Location was fantastic. We had a view of the sea. The room and bathroom were a great size. We were right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping.

When you arrive at a hotel you get a feeling immediately your choice was right or wait and see .We arrived and were so pleased with what we were greeted with.
Personal service from the valet ,luggage sorted then escorted to the room and inducted into the hotel services, air conditioning ,breakfast room etc ,but the hotel itself is a stunning boutique hotel in the best location. Over the road approximately 150 metres are the lift or walk down to the ferries or swimming pavilions ,around the corner so many restaurants to choose from and the long walkways full of repetitive shops selling limoncello or painted oil bottles,plates vases and other collectables, plus fashion boutiques gelato .
We were really impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

We were allocated a room we had previously cancelled.
The room. It was dark, it had no natural light. We were advised this ahead of our booking, hence we cancelled and rebooked clearly stating a balcony and curt view. We did not receive this.
