The location and the apartment itself

The apartment and it’s location are nice, unfortunately there’s still work to do in terms of attention to detail and in-person customer service. Sleeping facilities for 4 people are listed as a double bed and a sofa bed. We found the so-called sofa bed was just a sofa that could be extended to have extra leg room. We were 2 women not taller than 1.55 m and half of our legs and feet were sticking out. I was told later that the sofa is new and they didn’t know about this. They provided a foldable bed next day. About the in-person customer service, I was disappointed. I had an unpleasant exchange with the person giving us the keys (and I am a native Spanish speaker, so I clearly understood what he said and the tone). On the other hand, the support vía WhatsApp was responsive and correct, though they didn’t seem to have enough information from the person responsible in-situ. Lots of miscommunication in the management made it that I spend far too much time (about a day) exchanging messages and requesting to have the minimum standards for a good accommodation met. Not my idea of a relaxed holiday.
