The owner was waiting for us and gave us some nice tips about everything we asked him. The location is great, the apartment has everything we needed.
The only thing we could think as an improvement area is the renovation. The washing machine, some doors/walls/furniture needs some refreshment.

Costa/Giambra Family trip to Spain
Host was friendly, knowledgeable, and was effective with his communication, with our family from America. The apartment was very clean, centrally located, across the street from the best bakery in town, walking distance to the beach and safe for families. I would definitely look to book here again upon my return to Lloret De Mar.

The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and extremely quiet. It had everything
you could possibly want from a holiday rental and more. It had a Dishwasher, microwave, washer drier, iron and ironing board. Alex the owner was a very nice man to deal with.
One very minor issue was that the shower room could do with a curtain!
