A dated city centre property

The location is reasonably good, in the town centre not too far from the beach. The WiFi worked well. The beds were comfortable, and room generally quiet and well insulated. Staff were helpful and always available...

We paid extra for a sea view room, the sea could be (in theory) visible between two buildings and 3 blocks away, it should definitely not be called or treated as 'sea view'... The building in general is very dated and tired, and in a bad need of renovation. The swimming pool was small, and literally filled the entire front of the hotel, so you're swimming under people walking into the hotel on one side, and people walking down the main public road on the other...

L hôtel est proche de la mer.

L'isolation entre les chambres n est pas super. Nos voisins de chambre ont été bruyant jusqu a 2h du matin ce quu nous a empêcher de passer une bonne nuit. Les cabines de douches ne sont pas étanches.

la posizione strategica dell'hotel per quanto riguarda il mare e i vari servizi

Noi abbiamo prenotato due notti dal 25 aprile al 27 aprile, per poter godere di due giornate serene e senza check out mattiniero tra una notte e l'altra. Nel primo pomeriggio nel 26 aprile dopo la prima notte trascorsa in hotel, la propietaria è stata molto scortese con noi, bussandoci in manitea violentata ... quando noi in quel momento stavamo riposando....il mio fidanzato è andato alla porta ad aprire ed è stato ripreso in maniera scortese ed incitato a liberare la camera velocemente, con il pretesto che la camera doveva essere liberata ad ogni costo ( quando noi avevamo prenotato e PAGATO anticipatamente 2 notti)....così abbiamo dimostrato la nostra prenotazione (ovviamente il giorno prima un dipendente in maniera serena e convinta ci ha dato quella camera per soggiornare) ....successivamente la signora, vista la nostra prenotazione e dopo varie discussioni sulla tematica (informadola che nessuno ci avveva avvertito di nulla)...ci ha condotto in un altra stanza dicendo che la stanza attuale non andava bene e doveva essere liberata.... Abbiamo così cambiato stanza.....con un notevole disagio.....
