Casa do Moleiro

Casa do Moleiro was a wonderful country escape. Henrique has created a beautiful and unique cabin next to the Rabazal River. Originally a sheep station the cabin integrates the stone hill side into the structure for a unique architectural experience. It is a quiet space with just the sound of the river and birds. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable for our group of four adults. Henrique is a wonderful host! He helped us navigate to the property and met us for check-in. provided a thorough overview on operation of appliances and property instructions. He also shared recommendation on the Mirandella Wine & Strawberry festival and a helped make reservations for traditional Sunday Brunch in Romeu.

Upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling. No clothes washer, but used the sink. Everything else was wonderful.

Casa maravilhosa num lugar absolutamente maravilhoso..paz total e união com a natureza. Muito espaçoso, camas muito confortáveis, salamandra...tudo 🔝

O interior de alguns armários da cozinha precisam duma organização mas tem tudo o necessário e mais alguma coisa.

Localização fabulosa, nas margens do rio Rabaçal, paisagem deslumbrante, inclusivamente com possibilidade de observação de várias aves como a garça-real.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit magique, isolé de toutes nuisances. Un calme serein y règne au bord de la rivière chaude. La bergerie est magnifiquement restaurée et aménagée. Le propriétaire mérite toute gratitude pour nous avoir reçu dans son établissement et ses récits sur la bergerie et alentours. Merci infiniment
