Ein sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage! Die Klimaanlage ist eine echte Bereicherung und total angenehm bei den Temperaturen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war total super und unkompliziert. Sie hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt wie es uns gefällt und ob alles in Ordnung ist! Super nett! Kann Ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Das einzige was man vielleicht bemängeln sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Duschwanne und Küche. Der Fußboden könnte auch mal neu. Ansonsten alles gut!

Geweldige communicatie met de eigenaresse – Giulia is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Prachtige ligging en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf. Echt een aanrader!

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht-sehr geräumig auf jeden Fall! Alles da was man braucht- wir waren nur für eine Nacht hat alles super geklappt- auch mit der Schlüssel Abholung total unkompliziert, ohne dass man die Vermieterin treffen muss! Tolle Aussicht auf beiden Balkonen:-)
Der Fußboden ist leider schon sehr alt und knorzt auch! Die Vorhänge müssten erneuert werden . Der 4. Stock ist schon anstrengend aber gerade wird ein Aufzug eingebaut- das ist super
