We’ll be back one day again!

The apartment was close to the center of town and beaches. Very peaceful environment and sound of water from the stream next to the house was really calming. Nice view to the mountains straight from the breakfast table😍. Well equipped and perfect for family of four.

There were some technical problems in the apparent but Giulia took immediately care of them! Thank her for that🩷

Great value for money, a little tricky to find but Guilia was immediately responsive to WhatsApp messages and accommodat

Clean, spacious, well equipped, the balcony’s, the view from the main bedroom and the use of the bikes.

4th floor apartment and whilst we didn’t mind the stairs, carrying the suitcase is not for the faint hearted.

Modern apartment in great location

Clean modern apartment on 4th floor of building only a short walk to the centre of Riva del Garda and lake shore. Fantastic mountain views from both balconies. Easy access to all attractions. The apartment has all the facilities required for a comfortable holiday. Giulia was in contact frequently both before and during our stay.

Some guests may find the walk up 4 flights of stairs challenging, but it helps burn off all the prosciutto and gelato. The laneway entrance to the gate of the property is not particularly obvious.

Great modern appointment in quiet location.

Modern, clean, quiet location, met by Michael at the bus station, well appointed and use of bikes to go on great cycle routes, good info on things to do. Supermarket nearby. Would recommend.

Very nice place to stay.

There is a safe place to leave bicycles, which is our preferred way of sightseeing. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has all we could wish for. At night it is quiet and you can sleep with the window open. The town of Riva exceeded our expectations, it really is a nice place to stay. The car was parked on the property which was really convenient. We stayed here half way our road trip, and were happy to use the washing machine.

You need to be quite fit to walk up the 4 floors with your luggage. Keep that in mind. Other than that , all was fine, really nothing negative.

Excellent stay!!

Giulia was fantastic with a great recommendation for a local restaurant and was flexible with our check in and out times. The apartment is spacious with great views from the balconies and the little touches made our stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!

Perfect location, close to the center of Riva del Garda. Nice and modern equipment.

The room with the two single-bed has no door, just a curtain. It would be nice if it would be also a separated room.

Nice and clean stay in Riva Del Garda

Very friendly and helpful host. Lorena kindly agreed to help us collect parcel and helped us to contact the courier when there was a problem with delivery. Comfortable beds with nice view of the mountain.

No elevator to fourth floor. Would have to carry it up if you have big luggage.

Toll geräumig- sehr sauber- alles da was man braucht!

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht-sehr geräumig auf jeden Fall! Alles da was man braucht- wir waren nur für eine Nacht hat alles super geklappt- auch mit der Schlüssel Abholung total unkompliziert, ohne dass man die Vermieterin treffen muss! Tolle Aussicht auf beiden Balkonen:-)

Der Fußboden ist leider schon sehr alt und knorzt auch! Die Vorhänge müssten erneuert werden . Der 4. Stock ist schon anstrengend aber gerade wird ein Aufzug eingebaut- das ist super

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Lago raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sia su come spostarci nelle vicinanze, sia su posti in cui poter mangiare. Self check in semplice. 2 bici a disposizione che purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare. Sicuramente un posto dove vorrei tornare per più giorni e poter sfruttare tutti i servizi

Casa grande, comoda, dotata di tutto l'occorrente! Posizione perfetta, vicino a tutto ma nello stesso tempo leggermente defilata per maggior riservatezza. Dotata anche di 2 biciclette - che non abbiamo usato - ma il solo gesto di averlo conta. Host sempre disponibile.

A breve ci sarà l'ascensore. per cui l'unica "pecca" (trascurabile) del 4° piano sarà superata.

Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit.

Tolle Lage und die und gepflegt Wohnung. Vor allem aber ist die tolle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hervorzuheben. Tolle Tips bekommen, und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.
