locatie zeer dichtbij centrum Lucca. inrichting is speels met leuke accenten. communicatie verliep zeer vlot.
onderhoud (gordijnen werkten niet goed en er ontbrak een deel). onderkant airco lag er af en in de airco zag het er niet zo fris uit. badkamer had soms een vervelende geur. bedden moeten echt beter. terras was op de foto mooi maar in werkelijkheid een soort slechte grap (bevindt zich op het dak maar daar is het een grote bende met veel afval en uitgebrande spullen; daar ga je voor je lol echt niet zitten). heeft echt een onderhoudsbeurt nodig, maar dat is al eerder door anderen geschreven.

Good secure parking. Location was excellent. Flat was lovely on the whole
No-one to meet us. Outdoor terrace wasn't private and deckchair was torn.

The location was good, just outside the wall as well as secure parking.
The bathroom door was difficult to close, no wifi, no kettle, terrace was on the roof (not directly attached to the property) but regardless it looked nothing like the photos and was not useable. There was also a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
