Not worth the money&unhealthy place for you

Good location.

Dirty, have not been cleaned for a long time, moulded windows and walls/ceiling, moulded shower walls. No ventilation, so the humidity was ultra high. Bad smells from pipes. Many things were broken. Some of the furniture is totally different from the ones in the picture.

Best thing about flat was location, down sides was: dirty, need some restoration, mold and spider webs was not nice at a

Location, air conditioner, heating floor ir bathroom, big windows.

It was not clean, with spider webs in ceiling corners, dirty windows, blinds not working on some windows, flat has mold also, somit is not healthy, smell from down floor reatoran kitchen was not pleasant. Stuff in the flat was messy, some furniture was broken, floors was dirty.

Quite a good place to stay, nice location and cosy interior.

The location was fantastic, basically we we're staying at the heart of Nida. Also, there's a coffee shop downstairs. The room was spacious enough and it had basically all the necessities.

Overall the stay was okay, but there was this bad smell which did not go away for the whole stay and we had to keep all the windows open, which is not the best situation during cold Lithuanian spring. Another thing - there are big big windows, which were very dirty, likely not cleaned yet for the season. Apart from that - no issues.

Fixing air con would make it fair value for the money

Good location, fairly clean for money value

Air con not working, so to avoid a greenhouse you need to open windows, which means waking up early and going to sleep late because of the noise outside, because the apartment is above a restaurant and a coffee shop.

Exceptional

Amazing cozy clean apartment in the center of Nida, the host is very nice and hospitable. I enjoyed my staying here and will definitely choose it again if I return to Nida. It has everything needed, very warm and modern.

There is a construction of the nearby area, that you should take into consideration. Hopefully, it will be over soon :)

Ideal for 1-2 nights

Very central location (within walking distance of a supermarket, the bus station, the marina, and many restaurants), a lot of light, ideal for 1-2 nights.

Good place for price. Fixing the pipes would make it perfect.

Price. Heated floor in the bathroom. Clean sheets. A cozy spot overall.

There was this nasty smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Faint sewage water odor which I couldn’t get rid of. Parking also wasn’t exactly theirs. I had to walk to another apartment, but that might have been caused by an ongoing construction nearby.

Location was great, apartament was clean and cosy.

Something was wrong with the shower - to be more precise the drain of water. The windows are really big, so it is quite hot inside during sunny day. And you cannot open windows because of noice in coffee bar downstairs. There is no parking around.

Patiko tik vieta. Nes yra centre.

Viskas nepatiko. Atvykus atidarius duris pasitiko baisi smarvė. Tokia baisi kad mažai trūko iki vėmimo. Ant lovos buvo stetimu plauku. Laidai kabo tiesiog. Voratinkliai, pelėsis. Tai buvo tikrai bloga vieta. Kodel likome? Nes toki savaitgali niekur nieko jau nebegausi. Aplenkite sia vieta.

Labai trūko švaros. Voratinkliai, dulkės, pelėsiai, skylėtas rankšluostis, užsikimšęs dušo nutekėjimas,keistas kvapas.... padarius rimtą išvalymą būtų puikus butelis. Nėra įsiregistravimo instrukcijų, reikia susisiekti patiems. Nėra free toiletries, nors pažymėta,kad yra.
