Adorable Summer house by the sea

Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Haus war sauber und räumlich, tolle Terrasse, Grill und Aussicht. Kinder können sich unbedenklich frei bewegen. Direkte Strandnähe. Wir haben die unglaubliche Ruhe genossen, fern von Massentourismus und Alltagsstress. Küchenutensilien sind teilweise abgenutzt z.B. braucht es neue beschichtete Pfannen, aber es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great place near the sea, very calm. The place has everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace is amazing. The hosts were so kind. Will absolutly return again :)

The Adorable Summer House by the Sea met all our expectations. The 4-room Adorable House is spacious, stylish, and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need or you may even think you will need for cooking 😊(a dishwasher was the only thing we really missed there...). The beds (and pillows!) were very comfortable; the bathroom was fully equipped, too. The A.House offers 2 terraces, both of them with a beautiful view over the sea 😊 These terraces were our “home” while staying in the Adorable House. The owners are very very kind and helpful. We just loved the House and staying there 😊

There are NO “real” beaches in the village of Zapuntel 😔 Well, we can say there are no “real” beaches in the whole island of Molat 😔 There is just a port of Zapuntel where you can swim...These “beaches” are not suitable for little children. Water in the sea was extremely cold (we’re not sensitive to cold water but this one was an extreme...) probably because of strong winds during our holiday. There are only 3 little grocery shops in the whole island of Molat - there is 1 little shop in Zapuntel, 1 little shop in Brgulje, and 1 “supermarket”in Molat (but the area of “supermarket” is app. 20m2😔). All goods (bread, vegetables, fruit, meat, etc.etc.) are extra expensive there => we really advise all people to buy everything they will need in Zadar (for ex.in Kaufland in Zadar) before coming to spend holiday in the island. The ferry boat taking cars goes 2-3 times a week, the journey lasts 3 hours...so you won’t think of going shopping to Zadar... The Adorable House doesn’t have a fence around the garden, so if you take your dog with you, it can run away 😉

The well-equipped house is just a few steps from the small port of Zapuntel which offers a small shop and a good place for swimming. Highlights: Great hosts and a great terrace; fresh lemons from the lemon tree. Expect simple small village life and an island pretty much away from it all. Great place to bring a few good books and let the time go by.

Did not bother us much, but if you are very sensitive to feeling the springs of you mattress, you may want to have an additional blanket in-between.
