Villa Elen is renovated in 2015 year and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities, including satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as modern fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can relax in the sun loungers by the private swimming pool or enjoy a glass of cold orange juice in the lounge underneath the parasol.
It is set in a peaceful scenery near the crystal clear sea, but in the same time in a five minutes walking distance from the facilities of the supermarkets, "tavernas", restaurants and cafes.
With four bedrooms, a private swimming pool and the tavern with well equipped kitchen and a BBQ in the backyard, is a perfect family holiday home.

The house is just perfect. We were 4 families traveling with small children. It is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the holiday. The outside kitchen is a great alternative. The pool is clean and big enough.
The host was super friendly and helpful. The contact was 24|7.
The neighborhood and location are perfect. Close to restaurants and beach. The fact that the supermarket is next door is super helpful.
Overall 5 star experience! Would recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble for Sylvia. The apartment had everything and more that we needed for our 2 families’ 10 day stay. I had booked to return before I left. The restaurants were first class and some more reasonably priced than others..... electrical storms which were breathtaking but over quickly, pool was wonderful but the sea was the favourite place to cool off. The 25 minute walk up to the chapel at the highest point of the island was my favourite sunrise spot, sunset just in front of the villa was enjoyed with sundowners from the villa. We enjoyed watching some yachts and superyachts visit Ist! Sylvia went out of her way to organize our airport transfer to zadar, a brilliant apartment for the night and guided us as to ferry times etc..... the best European holiday ever! The teens and adults enjoyed it equally. We even had a massage with the local bodyworker whom I can recommend.... just ask at the brilliantly convenient supermarket next door to the Villa Elen. The locals were beautiful people and I look forward to seeing them again in 2019. Thank you Sylvia for being you, efficient, friendly, helpful and for providing us a lovely base to enjoy the wonders of Ist.

We really loved Villa Ellen and Ist! The house is clean, light, well decorated, and very functional. Ist provides a great backdrop for a relaxing vacation that is not too stimulating -- beach, walk, sleep, eat and drink, repeat! Unfortunately there are a few issues that are kind of a bummer: the pool looks enticing but is swarming with wasps and the showers leak straight onto the bathroom floor causing huge puddles.

Dear Sylvia, it was great pleasure to spend our 3-weeks-holidays at your wonderful villa on Ist. Everthing was alright and when we had questions or problems, you managed fast and succesful to our satisfaction. Thank you very much! The island ist realy a great place to be. Calm, originaly and everyone is very friendly. We often think about this wonderful time!!! Best regards and thanks again, Daniel, Beate, Klaudia, Thomas and Kids from Germany :)
