We had a really good time. The place was perfect for us and we recommend it.

The venue was very nice and the pool was clean. The host Esmeralda was super friendly, outgoing and ready to help with whatever we needed. We stayed in contact until the end and she responded very fast to all messages. I fully recommend Private Sanctuary as it is big enough for a big family or group of friends (we were 10 people) and the location is also very good. Dogs were allowed - this was important for us because we travelled with 3 small dogs. We also had small snacks as a compliment when we arrived - it was a cute and nice gesture :)

Our only complaint is about the shower stands - two of them were broken, probably by previous tenants.

The pool was great. Bigger that we expected (7*8 meters), half from it, over the head, so, very good for jumping. The house itself, clean, traditional, with everything you should need to cook at hand. The owner left everything you need for the barbecue too (much appreciated). We especially liked the availability of the owner, who helped us in everything we needed. The neighborhood very quiet, so we could rest very well. In the area you can find shops for groceries, and at Friday morning there is a market in Nikiti, where you can buy traditional food and products from Greece.

Everything. The place was really clean. Vasilis is an accomodating host, and will answer any questions you might have. Amenities are great, and the location is good. Not to far from the beach, but not that clise either. Great villa for a group of 10 people. Would come again anytime.

Nikiti Chalkidiki

The property was roomy and perfect for adults only or families. Offers everything you need to get by and more. The owner is also very accommodating and professional. Great location. You can walk to the town or even to the beach. Very close to all beaches on the second leg. The pool was great too. My kids and nieces and nephews loved their mighty swims!! Would definitely stay there again.
