We really loved the architecture of the house. The room sizes and facilities were exactly as we expected from the photos. The kitchen, pool, and living room were all very practical and comfortable. The two upper floors were also a great choice for two families.
Unfortunately, on our fourth and final night, and until check-out, half of the electricity in the house was not working. The kitchen and air conditioning were not working, which negatively affected our stay. For this reason, I could not give a full score.
I hope the host or owner take this issue seriously and gets it fixed for future guests.

The pool, pretty close to the beach.
Most of the door handles are broken, you cannot close the doors, water is not draining from the shower (at least from the 1st floor bathroom), wi-fi very poor, some TVs don t even have cables, antenna, could be more stuff at the kitchen, glasses, plates and other. To use the Kitchener you had to reset the fuses.
The air conditioner was not really cooling, just ventilating.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, hat aber baulicherseit einige Macken über die man hinwegsehen kann. Preis Leistung etwas zu teuer für den Zustand aber immer noch eine schöne Villa.
Viele Kameras im Außenbereich, ein paar beschädigte Kleinigkeiten sie Steckdosen und Lampen
