Very disappointed with this property and I would not recommend it to anyone!
There was no breakfast, just a coffee pot. We liked the location a 15 minute walk to the ocean.
The whole house smelled moldy/musty. Everything was very dusty including lamps near the beds and the bookshelves. The bookshelves were so dusty that I could write in the dust. The staged and out of date photos online do not reflect the current condition of the very neglected home. The closets are full of old items that probably contribute to the musty smell in the home. The small front bathroom has items under the counter in the small cabinet that look like there are mouse droppings on them. A huge spider jumped out at my grandson when he opened the cabinet and he saw egg sacks for spiders. We were very concerned for our one grandson due to his allergies to mold. He could have had an asthma attack, but he had constant sneezing that resulted in a bloody nose. It is obvious that they need to send in a team of cleaners to clear clutter and clean every closet and cabinet. The pantry was full of expired food and spices. Outside the furniture was very dirty and not usable in that condition. There was some broken furniture the we sat on by accident and almost fell. The pine needles have obviously not been cleaned up for many, many years. The roof over the patio in the back is covered with pine needles. The washed sheets and towels that were on the drying racks in the back yard were left there for about 3 days and even got rained on. It would have been impossible to use the BBQ grill as it was all wrapped up and next to the sheets that were drying. We sent a message to www.sainttropezholidays.com and got no reply. We were very disappointed with this very expensive property that we booked for three days. I could not even sleep for the musty smell in the bedding and house. The only good thing about the property was the proximity to the beach. Disappointed-George and Deborah Heck July 2025

1. Было очень грязно. Везде пыль, тряпки на кухне были на столько тяжелые, что ими убить можно было. Везде плесень. И ужаснейший запах старины и простите мочи. Просто не возможно находится было. На террасе куча грязи и листьев. В одной из уборных протек туалет, который, пока нас днем не было, залил весь пол и наши чемоданы с вещами. Когда заселялись, не могли это сделать минут 30 так как не было связи. Когда нашли зону набрали хозяйку, она нам дала неправильный код от въездных ворот и не могли заехать. На вопрос почему код не тот, последовал ответ, что был ураган и он сбился. Хотя ближе к вечеру мы узнали от других гостей, что код вообще другой. Почему нельзя выслать инструкцию за ранее как это делают другие??? Попросили утюг три раза - полный игнор. Даже не ответила. Спросили почему грязно? Ответ - уборщица была и все убрала. Почему грязно на террасе? Ответ - вчера был ураган. Ну если ты знаешь, что был ураган, прийди с утра и просто подмети пол. Я редко пишу отзывы, но тут просто сдали нервы. Никто не просит за такие деньги люкс, но хотя бы чистоту сделайте. Попросили у букинга вернуть деньги. Ждем
