The basics one needs + some add-ons for kids.

There where some animals close by. Always nice for kids. In the apartment there where also some toys for kids, ideal for a three year old, making packing/unpacking times easier to await. :-)

The house is warm. They had Netflix and good internet which is the minimum. The owners are nice

The interior is old fashioned in a not charming way. Cutlery and China is old and limited. Plastic cooking accessories old and smelly. There is in the house just a "smell" The house is full of 90's themed fabrics and stuffed animals, not good for allergies. The banks are uncomfortable. No styling at all, just an apartment stuffed with electrical appliances everywhere. The mattresses are good but the duvets, cushions, linen and towels feel old and washed out. Everywhere were were looked at were posters hanging repeatedly of everything that was forbidden to do inside the house in many languages. It feel the opposite of hygge. The morning we were leaving there was no warm water and we left without a proper shower. We have been traveling extensively and this place offered the worst value for money.

Recommend for few nights

We liked the place very much, much space, all kitchen utilities are in place. We travelling a lot so a washing machine needed for us is there too. You can rest outside as well.

There were a lot of facilities present: fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer,... The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated between Ribe and Esbjerg.

Amazing place to spend ur time in Denmark !

We enjoyed the ambiance inside and outside ! Very clean and tidy ! The Hostess was friendly and kind. Our 12 month old baby enjoyed the animals alot !. We had a perfect stay and hope to visit again !

Its difficult to say something that we didnt like , The only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner , to clean up the place a little bit more when we left ;) Also : Sorry!! We forgot to tell u that the light in the shower broke the morning we left :(

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment. The farm set-up was great for the kids, and they were allowed to participate in the daily feeding routine.

Nice, spacious stay, childfriendly, good for big groups

The appartment was very big, lots of space, also beautiful garden and terrace, and an outside play area and many toys, and animals to pet and watch, so lot of fun things to do for my daughter. Also very friendly owners, good communication, and, important, good, comfortable beds and fresh linnen/towels!

The appartment was clean overall but i noticed a few corners with dust and spiderwebs. Nothing major and no big deal. The breakfast was fresh and nice, although i think the price was a bit high for what you got.

Ideal for families with small children

So many things to mention here: - The appartment is fully equiped with even a washer and a dryer - The children could help feeding the animals in the morning: they enjoyed this so much! - a private garden with small playground is included. - Superfriendly B&B owners!

There is a rather small hot water boiler but with some planning this is easily manageable.

A great and clean stay at an excellent location at the heart of the Wadden region.

Our stay (2 adults, 1 toddler) was really satisfying. The accommodation is spacious (for 1 family), clean, and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. We added breakfast every morning, which was healthy and good. For our 2yo, there were a lot of toys to play with, inside as well as outside. She also liked the many animals on the farm, however - and this could be mistaken by seeing the pictures - the Rosengaard accommodation is not a petting zoo (farm for children). You can go and see the animals, but you don't have unlimited access as this is private property. However, you can pet the animals, together with the host at any given time. We also liked that the accommodation is really close to the Vadehavet Sea (Wadden Sea), only 10 minutes away by car. The Wadden Sea does not offer a beach shoreline, it has a natural dam. So don't count on playing at the beach, take into account that riding a bike or hiking is the best option in the neighborhood. A beach shoreline is 30 minutes away in Esbjerg. Bramming is also a good home base to explore the nearby cities of Ribe (oldest town in DK), Esbjerg (harbor city) and e.g. the island of Fano. The beds were nice and hard, and were excellent to sleep on. The kitchen is equipped with (most of the) common utensils. If you ever wondered what it is like to live in an IKEA house, this apartment will brighten up your day.

However the accommodation was spacious for us, we would not recommend to go there with more than one family (max 2 adults and 3 children). There are extra beds available in the living room (behind the curtain), but this would not be practical in real life. You oughta have to watch tv, eat, read as an adult while the kids would be sleeping in the same room, separated by only a curtain. This would not be feasible. Also, the bathroom - however having a spacious shower - is not big enough to share with a lot of people. About 60% of the available room in the bathroom is walk-in shower space, 20% is toilet/washing machine and the other 20% is room to move. So it is quite small, suitable for one family - taking turns in showering. Also, we would recommend to darken the curtains in the bedrooms. Especially in summer time, sun is up early and the light shines through the curtains. This is not ideal for kids/adults who are used to sleeping in a room with thicker curtains. However, the hosts were really helpful in (temporarily) solving this problem. Something which is not very clear in the description, is that this house also has a neighboring house on the same ground which accommodates up to 20 people. This is no bother at all in real life, because the two houses are separate and you don't have noise from the big house - so it feels like you are alone. You could have some background noise from the adjacent highway (which is next to the garden), but it is only 'busy' during the day, so after 24h you are getting used to this. It is not something to worry about really, as the Denmark highways are not very busy. It would have been handy to have a vacuum cleaner in the apartment - when your feet are dirty, you can clean it up.

It was amazing staying here! We 100% would stay again if we are back in Denmark. The hosts are amazing people who showed us around their farm and were so helpful and welcoming. We had car trouble and they got us the phone number of the closest mechanic and we had it fixed right away. We were traveling with a toddler and he loved it! So many toys and the playground is just outside. Also it was very clean and beautiful. It was the first place my husband did not have an allergic reaction. 5 stars all around! Also location is amazing and close to some amazing beaches and sites.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage und kommen gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft lag ruhig und abgelegen. Die Straße in der Nähe hat uns nicht gestört, da man die vorbeifahrenden Autos kaum hörte.

Wir hätten uns eine andere Anordnung des Fernsehers gewünscht. So konnte man schlecht drauf sehen. Wirklich schlimm fanden wir es nicht, da wir uns den Abend mit Gesellschaftsspielen beschäftigt haben.

Fijne uitvalsbasis met genoeg buitenruimte

Het appartement heeft een centrale locatie tov bezienswaardigheden. Het aanwezige speelgoed en speelsetje in de tuin zijn fijn voor de kinderen. In het huisje is veel aanwezig qua inventaris.

Het appartement ligt dichtbij een drukke weg. Als je de ramen open hebt dan hoor je dat goed. Daarnaast is de inrichting van het appartement wat gedateerd naar onze mening.

Génial surtout l’espace de jeu pour les enfants ! Tout le nécessaire est là pour passer quelquesbjoirs voire semaines dans les environs même si nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits

La nationale est tout près dès lors le trafic s’entend fort néanmoins avec des bouchons d’oreilles on dort parfaitement bien ☺️
