Location, near subway, grocery stores and restaurants.
It’s a typical Gaia’s house, so the bathrooms and doors are very noisy. Also, there’s a lot of dogs nearby that bark all night.

The location & convenience - metro station walking distance away which was perfect. Parking always available just outside the property was also a bonus.
The fact that they didn't turn the central heater on - the radiators were off - I had to sleep clothed on the first night, call the property manager asking for thicker blankets & nearly beg to switch on the central heating.
