We would never stay in this house again unless it had a total makeover.

The only thing in this house that we liked was the view.

Everything. The kitchen was dirty including cooking ware, toaster was broken, BBQ was filthy, mold in the shower, hole in the shower where rim piece should be, broken blinds, electrical outlets would not hold the plugs and some didn't even work. The windowsills had dead bugs and spider webs nearby. Furniture was grossly dirty and in bad shape. The pool was not clean and a beer or pop metal opener was found at the bottom of the pool which could have cut someone's foot. For what we paid for this house there should be some compensation given back to us. It was outrageous. I will not ever recommend Vacasa to anyone. I have used Booking.com for numerous trips and this is the first time I have been totally unhappy with my reservation.
