Great views, property needs some repairs.

Patio is amazing, beds were comfortable

Overall property is starting to look run down - pots and pans should have been replaced long ago. Horrible karaoke from a outside bar in town makes for some laughs at night - not's expect peace and quiet on the weekends. Missing shower door upstairs makes for a mess.

The view and the deck. The king and queen beds were comfortable.

The trash in the bathroom was not emptied. Bathroom was dirty. The tub was not clean. The tub did not drain water while showering. Drain was backed up. The toaster was filthy. Thick spider webs in window. Was not informed driveway was unusable due to new concrete pour. Had to lug everything up and down the steep driveway. Not a easy task for some of the guests...
