Amazing place, plenty of room, good beds and everything you need available. Big garden providing shade and car parking. Perfect location to go north-south-east-west. Very friendly and helpful owner!
The WiFi was not always top.

Location is excellent if you have a car you can be in some of the most amazing beaches in the south of rethymno in 20 min, plus a great canyon 5-10 min drive and many villages to explore nearby (eg spili). The house is in a quiet village, just off the main road to the south, so quiet but easily accessible. The garden with the grass ideal for kids, you can lock the garden doors and let them play in the garden. The house fully equipped for spending time when you decide to relax and cook a nice dinner or light the bbq. The host is super friendly and relaxed.
